I am one of those guys that decided at middle age, that I should do something to get in shape.  I had just recently been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, my blood pressure was sky high, and I was 50 pounds overweight.  Even though I hated running, I decided on a whim that I would run a 5K to help me get in shape.  I did it and since then I’ve run 8 marathons and somewhere around 20 half marathons in 7 years.  During that time, I studied up on running and training, and now I would like to share what I’ve learned with you.  If you already are an elite runner, I’m probably not going to help you much.  But if you aren’t an elite, or you aren’t even a runner, I can show you the way.

Based on what stage you are at as a runner, I will customize a weekly plan for you.  I don’t give you a 20 week schedule, charge you $250, and say “have fun”.  I design a plan for you on a weekly basis that takes into account; your schedule, if your injured, if you’ve missed some workouts, or anything that may happen to you.  I email that to you every Sunday, and of course I am available to talk to at any time via email, text, or even phone!
