		<description>Oh-oh-oh, do I know that feeling SO well! You&#039;re going stir-crazy because you can&#039;t do what you love to do most, &amp; it&#039;s hard when you can&#039;t put that restless energy somewhere!

I hope your knee is OK.  One marathon isn&#039;t going to make your break your running career, but running a marathon on a broken knee might.  So please take it easy.  Of course, it&#039;s all about short-term vs. long-term gains.  Even though the short-term might seem like one big pain in the ass. ;-)

Maybe you can do something else that doesn&#039;t stress your knee too much, so you can still workout/be physical.  Have you thought about doing wimming, biking, yoga, or anything that doesn&#039;t put too much stress on your knee?!

BTW, thanks so much for the kind words you wrote on my blog.  I&#039;ve since replied to your comments, &amp; let me tell you, there&#039;s lots of lint from all of the warm fuzzies collected on that post. LOL.</description>
