		<description>Sounds like a great plan, Dave. I've also been wondering what benefit I'll get, if any, between training here in CO and doing a race at sea level. Last time I raced lower, it was in Virginia Beach and I think the humidity and heat canceled out the benefit of the lower altitude. I'm hoping that I'll see a positive difference in NY in November.</description>
