		<description>Hi Rick,
Thanks for stopping by. I haven&#039;t run into anyone yet with MS that run marathons. It would be nice to see how many of us do run marathons. The only time that I have any symptoms flare up is usually when it&#039;s hot out, and then it seems like my right leg gets weak.
Good luck in the NYC marathon. That&#039;s one I hope to run one day.

		<description>Hi Dave,

I came across your website while looking for runners who have MS like me. I too was diagnosed four years ago and feel great. I recently picked running back up thankfully, inspired by guys like you. I ran the 1996 Chicago Marathon and hope to do NYC this fall. So far, so good on the training - other than my left leg on occasion - and was wondering if you have had MS related setbacks while increasing your mileage?

Also, do you know of any other people with MS who run marathons?

Thanks.

<description>Hey thanks Steve. Sometimes you get in a rut writing things, and I just want to try and inject something interesting once in awhile to keep you all coming back!</description>

		<description>Hey Dave,

We do enjoy reading your posts, despite what you may think. So keep posting the times, the distances and the temperatures....

Good luck on the beer cut down too. Not the easiest thing to manage and there aren&#039;t many substitutes for it are there? I&#039;d agree though - Amstel Light is probably the best choice.

Happy Miles!
